What do Babbel badges represent?

A Babbel badge demonstrates that you’re a Babbel for Business partner. It shows that you use Babbel for Business as part of your professional development program — giving your employees the chance to learn a new language, improve their communication skills, and be part of a positive learning culture.

But the meaning of a Babbel badge goes beyond simply showing that you use Babbel for corporate language-learning

Babbel badges send a message about your values and workplace culture. They show that you’re an e-learning company, you place high importance on employee learning and development, and you invest in industry-leading tools to help your teams achieve their goals.

That’s a huge advantage when it comes to creating a positive workplace culture and attracting and retaining top talent.

What are the benefits of a Babbel badge?

Displaying a Babbel badge on your website shows that you’re invested in e-learning for your employees. This can help you to:

  • Establish a strong employer brand
  • Attract top talent and boost employee retention
  • Show that you’re ahead of the latest L&D trends

Here are the benefits in more detail.

How a Babbel badge can optimize your employer brand

Your employer brand is your reputation as an employer, and it determines how people perceive you. A strong employer brand is crucial for attracting and retaining employees and building a positive employee experience (EX). It even has financial benefits!

The corporate benefits you offer, as well as professional development and opportunities for career growth, are among the most important factors that shape your employer brand.

When you partner with Babbel for Business, you’re ticking both those boxes — offering a desirable corporate benefit and empowering your employees to learn and grow. A Babbel badge represents this visually (and visibly) on your website.

It ultimately shows that you care about your employees’ learning and development, contributing to a positive brand image.

How a Babbel badge can help you attract top talent and boost employee retention

77% of workers are keen to learn new skills, and 94% of employees are more likely to stay with an employer who invests in their learning and development.

Companies who prioritize employee learning have a competitive edge in the hiring market. This is especially important when you consider the ongoing war for talent, as well as the financial cost of employee turnover

A Babbel badge allows you to show prospective employees that you’re invested in their personal and professional growth — and that, if they join your company, they can expect plenty of opportunities to learn and progress. That’s a major advantage when it comes to attracting top talent and boosting employee retention.

Not only does a Babbel badge show that you’re committed to employee learning and development, it also sets you apart as an e-learning company, showing that you’re on board with the latest L&D trends

Among the leading learning and development trends right now are e-learning, microlearning, and social/collaborative learning. When you partner with Babbel for Business, you leverage all of these L&D trends — giving your employees the best chance at success in their language-learning endeavors.

A Babbel badge says that you’re invested in learning and development, and that you’re offering a high-quality language learning experience through the most up-to-date tools and techniques. That’s an impactful statement!
